  What is your policy for returns?
  We do not offer regular returns or exchanges at this time. Please email us at support@lemonsocial.com if there is something wrong with your order.

 

Do you accept returns?

There are no returns once so ever on Digital Assest related to Non fungible tokens. (NFTs) . 
Notice all refund disputes will be handled with in 7 business days. 

  Customers are only eligible for refunds if they get incorrect or damaged merchandise. If any of these conditions apply, please contact us at support@lemonsocial.com with images of incorrect/damaged merchandise, and we will resolve the situation.


 

Can I swap a product for another size or color?

  Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Check out our sizing charts if you're uncertain which size will fit you best. We have one for every item in our store, located in the product description. It is possible, but unlikely, that an item you ordered was mislabeled. Please notify us at support@lemonsocial.com within one week of receiving your order if this is the case. Include your order number and photographs of the incorrectly labeled item, and we will send you a replacement or offer a refund.
 

Return Practices

  Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be filed within four weeks of receiving the product. All claims for packages lost in transit must be made within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be the result of an error on our part are paid for by us.

 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's regret or shipping delays.

All hats and hair accessories are final sale and non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
