Please note that you can include up to 20 pictures or one video in each post. There is a video file size limit of 2GB per piece, and images should be less than 6000x6000 pixels. Our website supports major video formats such as mp4, mov, avi, and mpeg4. Other formats can also be uploaded (such as WMV files or those downloaded from other social networks), but we cannot guarantee that such file formats will work perfectly, just like the ones we support.

If your video file is larger than 2GB, don't worry! There are tools available that you can use to compress your video file and make it smaller.
