**Cancellation of Subscriptions:**
If you wish to cancel your subscription and prevent rebilling, please contact our support team at admin@lemonsocial.com. Alternatively, you can initiate the cancellation process through CCBill's Consumer Support department by visiting https://support.ccbill.com/.
**Account Deletion:**
To delete your account, send an email to admin@Lemonsocial.com with "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" as the subject heading. Please include a copy of your identification with a picture of yourself and the date, along with your request. Your account will be deleted, and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you are a Creator with active Subscriptions, your account will be deleted once the last Subscription has expired. During this period, no new subscriptions can be added to your account, and any active subscriptions will not automatically renew.
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and you will need to create a new one. You will receive a confirmation email upon the successful deletion of your account.

To unsubscribe from a creator you have subscribed to, simply visit the creator's page and click on the "subscriptions" button. From there, you can initiate the cancellation process, and it will take effect immediately.
